Code Ninjas Newport Beach Programs

Ages 5-14: Coding and computer programming classes focused on project-based learning.

Code Ninjas JR Program (Ages 5-7):

  • A foundation in coding and problem-solving using a visual, no-reading-required curriculum.
  • Hands-on projects combined with storytelling and game-building (Code.org, ScratchJR, Scratch, Osmo, Typing, Mouse/Computer Skills, Snap Circuits, Artec Robotics.-Concepts Learned: Algorithms/Sequencing, Loops, Events & Event Handlers, Synchronization, Parallelism, Conditionals, Decomposition, Debugging, Robotics, and Circuits.

Code Ninjas CREATE Program (Ages 8-14):

  • Kids learn to code by building video games and digital projects.
  • Structured like a martial arts belt system, from white to black belt.
  • Flexible scheduling through the Parent App for weeknight and weekend sessions.
  • Programing Languages: Block Coding, JavaScript (text), & C#.
  • Computer Science Teacher Association Alignment.
